Privacy Policy

Short version: we store the minimum needed to stage your photos and run your order, we use a small set of reputable processors to do it, and we never sell your data. Same Day Staging is operated by Chris Coussa, sole proprietor, St. George, Utah.

What we collect and why

• Contact information — your name, email, phone, and brokerage (if you give it). Used to run your order, send order emails, and answer your questions.
• Listing address — so we know which property the order is for and can label your deliverables.
• Photos — the source photos you upload and the staged images we produce. Stored so you can download deliverables and request revisions. Download links are signed and expire; there are no public buckets.
• Order details — package, status, revision notes, and payment references (we see a billing reference, not your card number).

Who processes it for us

We don’t run our own servers. Your data is handled by:

• Convex — our database and file storage (order data and photos).
• Clerk— sign-in and account management (your email and login; payment processing runs through Clerk’s billing infrastructure and its payment processor).
• Resend — sends transactional email (order confirmations, delivery links, revision notices).

We may also use error monitoring and product analytics tools (such as Sentry and PostHog) to keep the service reliable; these see technical usage data, not your photos. Each processor handles data under its own privacy terms, and we only share what each needs to do its job.

AI-assisted production

Staging is produced with AI image tools plus human review. Your photos are submitted to our image-generation provider solely to produce your deliverables — not to train public models on our instruction, and not for any other purpose of ours.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your personal information. Ever.
• Share your photos or listing data with anyone except the processors above.
• Use your listing in our marketing without your permission.
• Send you marketing email you didn’t ask for — order emails are transactional.

Retention and your choices

We keep order records and images so you can re-download deliverables and so we can honor the quality guarantee. Want your photos or account data deleted? Email us and we’ll delete what we’re not legally required to keep (like basic transaction records), and confirm when it’s done.
